Membership Types
Title Agency - Includes up to two agency owners. Owner members must hold a title insurance license. Dues for additional owners are $75 per owner. Employee membership is available for $25 per employee per year (not prorated). Employee members do not have to hold a title insurance license.

- Opportunity to advertise membership in NAILTA as described in the advertising guidelines
- Receive NAILTA communications and be invited to participate in NAILTA sponsored training, activities and events at the members-only rate
- Participate in critical, industry-changing NAILTA Committees
Individual Agent - Includes Individual Licensed Title Agents. Applicant members must hold a valid title insurance license.
Membership includes:
- Individual listing
- Opportunity to advertise membership in NAILTA as described in the advertising guidelines
- Receive NAILTA communications and be invited to participate in NAILTA sponsored training, activities and events at the members-only rate
- Participate in critical, industry-changing NAILTA Committees
Associate Member/Underwriter - Includes Industry Partners, Supporters and Underwriters.
Membership includes:
- Opportunity to advertise membership in NAILTA as described in the advertising guidelines
- Receive NAILTA communications and be invited to participate in NAILTA sponsored training, activities and events at the members-only rate
- Participate in critical, industry-changing NAILTA Committees
Membership Dues and Policy
Membership Dues are assessed annually and due by the 15th of February. Dues for new members joining the Association for the first time are prorated on a quarterly basis. New members joining between April 1st and June 30th will pay 75% of the annual dues. New members joining between July 1st and September 30th will pay 50% of the annual dues. New members joining between October 1st and December 31st will pay 25% of the annual dues. All future dues payments will be at the annual dues rate. Membership will be terminated thirty (30) days after the date of notice of non-payment of dues.
Membership of any class in the Association shall require the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors or their appointees. All applications for membership must be in writing and mailed to the Association. As a condition precedent to membership in this Association, an applicant must agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and agree to be governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association.
The Code of Ethics, Constitution and Bylaws will be available for review at a future date. Any new member may withdraw his or her application within 30 days of the Code of Ethics, Constitution and Bylaws being available by any one of the following: www.nailta.org, delivery by email or fax.
